Track rules
Keep everyone riding safely. Staff can stop anyone who isn't following these rules.
Gear, every time you ride
- A motorcycle helmet that meets DOT, ECE or Snell standards, fastened.
- Goggles, gloves, and over-the-ankle motocross boots.
- Long pants and a long-sleeve jersey.
- Chest protector and knee braces are strongly recommended.
On the track
- Ride only during posted practice times, and only in the direction of travel.
- Enter at the track entrance and leave at the exit. Never cut across the track.
- Don't stop on the track. If you have to stop, pull off to the outside where others can see you.
- No walking on the track while bikes are running, and no passengers.
- Ride within your ability. Roll jumps you're not sure of.
Flags
- Green: the track is open.
- Yellow: danger ahead. Slow down, no passing, no jumping.
- Red: stop riding right away, safely, and wait for instructions.
- White: an emergency or slow vehicle is on the track.
- Checkered: the session is over. Finish your lap and leave the track.
- Black: an official wants you off the track. Pull off and report to staff.
Pits, parking and conduct
- Walking speed only in the pits and parking areas. No riding in spectator areas.
- A parent or guardian must stay on site while a rider under 18 is riding.
- No alcohol or drugs for anyone riding.
- Every rider needs a signed release and waiver for the current year before riding.
- Staff decisions on safety are final. Anyone riding unsafely may be asked to stop for the day.

Clinics are 4 hours with up to 4 riders. They're added to the practice calendar when scheduled, and you claim a seat when you sign up.
