Privacy

What we collect

• Your login: email address and a password. Your password is handled by our login provider and is stored scrambled; the track cannot read it.
• Rider details: rider number, first and last name, email, phone number, and the date a rider enrolled.
• Activity: practice and race sign-ups, training seats, and payments recorded (what for, amount, how it was paid, and the date).
• Garage: lap times, bike year, make and model that you choose to enter.
• Shout-outs: photos and videos you choose to send, with a caption and the rider they show.
• Waivers: each year's signed release and waiver: the rider's date of birth and address, the signer's name, relationship, phone, email and drawn signature, and when it was signed. Signed waivers can't be changed and are kept as part of the track's records.
• Swag orders: your name, email and phone (so we can hand you your order), what you bought, and when you picked it up. You don't need an account to buy. Card payments go through Square's own page.

Who can see it

• You can see your own account and your family's riders.
• Track staff can see members, sign-ups and payments so they can run practices, races and renewals.
• The public leaderboard shows rider number, first name, last initial, bike and lap time, and only for laps you mark as public. You can turn that off per lap.
• Shout-out photos and videos stay private until track staff approve them. An approved one shows publicly (with rider number, first name and last initial) for 3 weeks, then is taken down. Ask us to remove one sooner at any time.
• We do not sell your information.

Riders under 18

Accounts are for parents or guardians to manage their children's riders. Please do not create an account for a child without a parent or guardian's permission.

Payments

Online card payments are handled by Square on its own secure page. This site never sees or stores your card number. Cash and other payments taken at the track are recorded by staff as an entry (amount, method and date).

Services we use

This site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and video) and Supabase (database and login). Square handles online card payments. Receipt emails, if turned on, are sent through Resend. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your browser

Your browser keeps your login session so you stay signed in, and, if you click "Remember me", your email address on the login page. You can clear this in your browser settings.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep rider and payment records while you are a member and as needed for the track's accounting. To see, fix or delete your information, contact us below. Some payment records may need to be kept for tax and bookkeeping.
